By booking a tour with NYC Pedicab Ride or using our website at nycpedicabride.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
NYC Pedicab Ride offers private pedicab tours through Central Park, New York City. All tours are conducted by licensed NYC pedicab operators and are subject to availability. Tours include:
All bookings are made through our FareHarbor booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.
All tours begin near Columbus Circle at the southwest entrance of Central Park, New York, NY 10019. Exact meeting point details are included in your booking confirmation email. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Tours operate year-round in most weather conditions. In the event of rain or severe weather that prevents safe operation, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. NYC Pedicab Ride reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unsafe weather conditions at our sole discretion.
Each pedicab comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1–2 small children. For larger groups, multiple pedicabs will be arranged. Group rates are available for parties of 10 or more — please contact us for a custom quote.
All guests must follow the instructions of their pedicab driver at all times. NYC Pedicab Ride reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest behaves in a manner that endangers the safety of the driver, other guests, or members of the public.
NYC Pedicab Ride is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during a tour, except where caused by our gross negligence. Guests participate in tours at their own risk. We strongly recommend that guests with medical conditions consult their physician before booking.
Gratuity is not included in the tour price. A tip of 15–20% is customary and greatly appreciated by your driver, but is never required.
By participating in a tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your driver at the start of the tour.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
