Our cancellation and refund policy for all NYC Pedicab Ride tours.
At NYC Pedicab Ride, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fair policies for all guests.
The following cancellation policy applies to all tour bookings:
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nycpedicabride.com or call +1 (347) 781-2716.
If NYC Pedicab Ride cancels your tour due to rain or unsafe weather conditions, you will receive:
We will contact you as early as possible in the event of a weather cancellation.
In the rare event that we must cancel your tour for reasons other than weather (such as vehicle issues or driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your preference.
Refunds are processed through FareHarbor, our booking platform, and are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We are happy to reschedule your tour subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time to reschedule without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the tour will be accommodated at our discretion.
For group bookings of 10 or more guests, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your group booking agreement or contact us for details.
